Job summary

Hershey Salty Snacks is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Senior Analyst to manage replenishment for Walmart and Sam’s Club. You will align tactical and strategic supply chain imperatives, define short- and long-term vision, and drive initiatives to realize that vision.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external teams, presenting insights, and leading multi‑functional meetings to protect on‑shelf commitments. 10–35% travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least five years progressive supply chain experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data storytelling.
• Experience with Walmart Retail Link or similar.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely replenishment for promotions, seasons, and planogram changes; communicate items and quantities.
• Drive in-stock and sales by analyzing forecasts and distribution networks.
• Develop scorecards for key customers and identify action items.
• Lead weekly supply chain meetings with replenishment managers, sales, and buyers.
• Monitor fill rates, on-time delivery, inventory, and waste for assigned customers.
• Lead cross-function meetings to identify problems and implement corrective actions.
• Travel 10–35% for in-person meetings.
