Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, coworkers, and other departments in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner across channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and confirm progress on requests.
• Perform customer sales and support duties to ensure delivery of NOV Brandt products.
• Process RFQ, POs, quotes, and orders; expedite as needed; liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with export controls and company policies; coordinate with inventory, accounting, logistics, and QA as required.
• Review open orders and update customers on delays; maintain accurate customer files; support AR issues as assigned.
