Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day operations between SAFRAN and Tier 2 & 3 customers and provide order status.
• Review orders to ensure compliance with negotiated requirements including quality, export controls.
• Enter sales orders into ERP and other support databases.
• Coordinate with supply chain on delivery options and monitor on-time delivery.
• Maintain customer portals, update orders, and provide timely recovery plans.
