Job summary

Texas Instruments is hiring a Customer Operations Analyst to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and TI internally. You will oversee the entire order-to-cash cycle, monitor account health, and drive a consistently great customer experience across fulfillment.

In collaboration with Sales, you’ll leverage market insights to influence relationship strategies, aligning customer needs with TI priorities and ensuring value delivery for both sides across the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the customer’s supply chain, ordering methods, business model and market sector.
• Build strong relationships with internal groups: Sales, Inventory Product Operations, Customer Onboarding, Business Units, Quality, Pricing, Receivables & Credit.
• Advocate for customers by articulating needs internally and drive solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
• Build mutually beneficial partnerships by supporting TI’s strategies to customers.
• Understand customers’ markets and trends to assist forecasting and anticipate disruptions.
• Identify root causes of disruptions in order fulfillment and drive internal alignment to resolution.
