Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required.
• 1+ year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required; advanced level.
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required.
• Knowledge of local and Federal regulations related to customers/companies, advanced required.
• Fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components, intermediate required.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production, advanced required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations within assigned function.
• Lead and develop direct reports; achieve daily operational goals.
• Assist with customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance of exempt/non-exempt staff.
