Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• One+ year of supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staffing within assigned function.
• Lead exempt and non-exempt employees and manage scheduling.
• Ensure health and safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals.
