Controlled Environments Company (CEC) seeks a Senior Customer Account Specialist to join our Chandler, Arizona facility. You will maintain service levels and support multinational customers across industries.

Responsibilities include developing relationships, handling inquiries by email and phone, processing orders, and coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Strong communication and ERP experience are valued.

• Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with computerized inventory management software (ERP, WMS, etc.).
• Prior SAP experience is highly beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Develop good business relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle customer enquiries by email and phone.
• Process incoming customer requests and purchase orders to ensure they are correctly raised in internal systems.
• Support delivery of excellent customer service at every opportunity.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to complete tasks and expedite orders.
• Enter orders, manage orders, stock reporting, and data input across inventory systems.
• Compile and manage reports to customers.
• Manage lead times and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with warehouse for regular, urgent, and special orders.
• Identify and escalate issues that could impact service levels, stock, and efficiency.
• Develop understanding of product offerings and customer environments.
• Support client-facing colleagues with tasks to ensure high service.
