Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational culture, employee experience, or related HR fields.
• Proven success leading culture or wellbeing initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of culture, leadership development, engagement, and change management.
• Strategic thinker with ability to influence senior leaders and drive organization-wide initiatives.
• Experience using data and feedback to develop strategy and measure success.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead company-wide culture and wellbeing strategies aligned with our Vision, Purpose, Values, and priorities.
• Identify culture trends, opportunities, and risks; provide recommendations to strengthen organizational health.
• Lead culture, wellbeing, and campus initiatives from concept through implementation with measurable impact.
• Partner with senior leaders to coach values-based leadership and reinforce culture.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to integrate culture and people strategies.
• Define success metrics, analyze engagement, and use data to guide strategy and improve outcomes.
• Provide strategic oversight to ensure priorities are scalable, sustainable, and effectively executed.
• Support culture and wellbeing budget planning and long-term priorities.
