Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Food Fanatics Chef who will lead culinary training, demonstrate products, and build strong customer relationships. The role centers on delivering high-impact demonstrations, education, and collaboration with area leadership to grow exclusive brands and programs.

The Food Fanatics Chef will engage with local restaurants, develop customized culinary content, and drive adoption of US Foods offerings while aligning with sales initiatives and events across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience including a comprehensive culinary background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tailor messages to audience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs for large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer consultation and relationship building with NBM, Sales and leadership functions.
• Engage with local restaurant community to grow opportunities.
• Develop relationships with US Foods customers and understand pain points to offer solutions.
• Lead culinary training and demonstrations for events and meetings.
• Identify culinary trends to spur sales growth and share with leadership.
• Plan, coordinate and execute events, product cuttings, and sales conferences.
