Job summary

KEMBA Financial Credit Union is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead a secure, scalable, and future-ready technology environment. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape enterprise strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture to support long-term objectives.

You will drive technology governance, risk management, and IT operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years managing and/or directing technology operations.
• 7+ years in the financial industry.
• Strong experience in enterprise technology, architecture, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Budget management and vendor oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture.
• Provide executive oversight of technology risk, resilience, and compliance.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Partner with peers to align technology with strategic goals and budgets.
• Direct vendor selection, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Communicate technology priorities and performance to the Board.
