Job summary

Harvey AI is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager in Dallas to help clients adopt our AI platform in legal and professional services.

You will manage 40+ mid-market accounts, drive strategic implementation, training, and ongoing value, and design scalable processes to boost retention and expansion; compensation is $125,000–$145,000 OTE.

Required: SaaS or legal-tech experience, excellent communication, and ability to influence stakeholders; Salesforce/Catalyst familiarity is a plus.
