Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a CSC Advancement and Operations Coordinator to drive value and operational excellence across Corporate Supply Chain affiliate programs. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to design, scale, and optimize programs that affect revenue, affiliate retention, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) years experience in healthcare operations, service role, supply chain or materials management. Combination of experience is accepted within industry for specific program/area assigned.
• Proficient in excel spreadsheet work; able to develop and maintain working relationships with hospital and YNHHS personnel; able to work autonomously with minimal supervision; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Program Leadership: design, develop, and oversee affiliate programs; liaison to affiliate partners for satisfaction and value realization.
• M&A Integration: lead assessments, planning, and integration strategy; develop SOPs and toolkits; drive cross-functional coordination.
• Operational Excellence: scale repeatable programs, provide forecasting and executive reporting, define KPIs and standardized processes.
• Handoffs and tooling: support Strategic Sourcing, Materials, Analytics, Contracting, and other internal partners.
• Business cases: prepare compelling proposals and manage project plans to ensure timely implementation.
