The Illinois Association of School Administrators is seeking a Chief School Business Official to lead finance, HR, operations, risk management, technology, and transportation across the cooperative. Qualifications

Illinois CSBO licensure endorsement required or clearly in progress.
Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience with special education finance, policies, and procedures.
Knowledge of Illinois School Code and education-related laws.
Proven leadership, organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
High ethical standards with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of finance, HR, operations, risk management, technology, transportation, and other business services.
Serve as trusted advisor to Executive Director and Executive Board on fiscal and personnel matters.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and board policies.
Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director.
