Job summary

GRVTY is seeking experienced Cryptologic Cyber Planners to support planning cyber operations and synchronize joint efforts across DoD components, CCMDs, and USCYBERCOM. This role emphasizes leading JOPP/JOPP-C, integrating OCO/DCO into campaigns, and developing CSP/FSP CNOPS.

Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required, with multiple education paths and extensive cross-agency collaboration experience. Maryland pay range listed in posting.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Experience related to a DoD mission and planning at strategic/operational level.
• External engagement or cross-Agency collaboration experience.
• Doctoral degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associates degree with 7+ years of experience.
• HS diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of JP 3.12 and strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Align cyberspace operations with NDS/JSPS objectives and JP 3-12.
• Lead the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP) and JOPP-C.
• Integrate OCO and DCO into multi-domain campaigns.
• Develop CSP and FSP CNOPS.
• Collaborate with cyber operators on complex missions.
• Deconflict targets and capabilities via Joint Targeting Cycle.
• Formulate COAs from high-level directives.
• Support assessments or tabletop exercises.
