Job summary

Koch's Rushmore Labs seeks a Project Manager to steer cross-functional initiatives from idea to measurable impact. You will guide data engineers, software engineers, data analysts and business leaders to deliver on key objectives, while managing scope, budget and timelines.

You are a proactive leader with strong communication skills, adept at removing roadblocks and partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive value and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience contributing to or leading project planning, budgeting, or scoping activities.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or other project methodologies.
• Experience working on projects in technology, data, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects ensuring quality and performance as expected by stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data engineers, software engineers, data analysts, data scientists, business leaders, and 3rd parties.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans including scope, schedule, cost and value tracking, risks, and issues.
• Identify and manage key dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Hold regular status meetings and resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on deliverables and timelines and align resources accordingly.
• Communicate project status proactively to leadership and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for value creation and innovation in PM processes.
