Orchestra is seeking a thoughtful and driven Account Executive to join our Crisis and Reputation Management team in New York. You will support clients navigating high-profile challenges, from legal matters to urgent media situations, shaping public understanding and managing risk.

This hybrid role requires at least 3+ years in strategic communications, with strong writing and editing skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a collaborative approach across the Orchestra network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in strategic communications in PR, media, or advocacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy, brainstorm and campaign planning for multiple high-profile accounts
• Manage media monitoring and rapid response for clients
• Write and edit external and internal documents including vetting reports and memos
• Oversee day-to-day client communications, staffing weekly calls, and writing event recaps
• Coordinate work streams across multiple accounts and teams within the Orchestra network
