Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Credentialing and Enrollment Manager in Lakeland, FL to oversee the Credentialing & Enrollment Department under the Director. You will ensure NCQA, AAAHC, TJC, and payer standards compliance while leading staff development and quality oversight.

The role collaborates across departments to optimize provider onboarding and management. You will manage end-to-end credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment, coordinating with committees and ensuring accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, and privileging; 2+ years in supervision/management.
• Current CPCS or CPMSM preferred; NAMSS certification.
• Strong knowledge of NCQA, AAAHC, The Joint Commission, and CMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Credentialing & Enrollment Department under Director supervision.
• Lead credentialing, recredentialing, and privileging processes for providers.
• Verify licenses, education, board certifications, and work history; spot discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Supervise staff, coordinate with committees, and support strategic department goals.
