Amazon Creator Services in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Creator Partnerships leader to work frontline with top-tier creators and with cross-functional internal teams to drive value for creators and Amazon.

The role requires 8+ years of account management or related experience, strong knowledge of digital video, and a proven ability to manage complex deals and large creator relationships. You will collaborate across sales, legal, finance, product, marketing and operations to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of account management, business development, content licensing or finance experience.
• Knowledge of digital video landscape, including solid understanding of digital video distribution technologies.
• Experience with end-to-end ownership of major project deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with top-tier creators and talent representation, in partnership with cross-Amazon teams.
• Manage complex deal structures including understanding and navigating contractual commitments and crafting partnership agreement renewals.
• Define and evolve an operating model for best-in-class creator partner relations.
• Collaborate with advertising sales partners to maximize sponsor-derived revenue opportunities.
• Champion creator needs to internal teams and work with creator teams to ensure execution of advertiser commitments exceeds expectations.
• Collaborate on strategic creator account management, engaging with internal teams to design programs/processes to drive the right outcomes with partners.
• Use data to influence decisions, prioritize workloads, and build compelling business cases.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically — defining long-term partner strategies while managing day-to-day partner relationships and programmatic requirements.
• Experience onboarding and scaling new partners — including vetting, assessing capabilities, and building accelerated training/integration processes.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration — working across sales, legal, finance, product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver partner outcomes.
• Build reporting to track creator success and represent business results to leadership.
