Hightouch is hiring its first Forward Deployed Creative Strategist. You will bridge our agentic platform with leading brands, speaking marketer language, guiding pilots, and driving adoption.

You will work with sales to define pilot success criteria and close deals, while collaborating with creative designers to optimize AI-generated assets for conversion. Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to guide a prospect through an evaluation.
• Experience briefing creatives, evaluating assets, and tying creative performance to metrics.
• Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building a new function from the ground up.
• Interest in AI-driven creative performance and agentic marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Strategic Peer with performance marketing teams at top-tier companies and educate them on agentic workflows.
• Drive pilot programs and advocate for pilot success criteria to move deals forward to closed-won.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Creative Designers to ensure AI-generated assets are optimized for conversion.
• Shape the go-to-market motion and educational frameworks for new customers, feeding insights back to product/engineering teams.
