GODFREY ADVERTISING INC.. is seeking a Creative Director who will lead concept development and drive the campaigns that grow client businesses. You will stay hands-on on select work while guiding a talented creative team to deliver high-quality outputs that align with client objectives.

You will immerse yourself in clients' markets and tech, owning the work and the relationship, while setting standards across the team and ensuring profitability and growth through strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive agency experience directing campaign concepting across print, digital, and web.
• Proven ability to judge concepts, art, and copy and uplift the work.
• Experience presenting and selling creative to client leadership.
• Digital and content fluency across channels.

Responsibilities

• Execute at a senior level on selected client work from concept to production-ready files.
• Lead development and presentation of campaign concepts and key creative executions.
• Deliver creative aligned with clients' marketing and communications objectives.
• Own brand consistency across accounts and guide visual direction.
• Manage and develop art directors, designers, and writers.
• Lead critiques and ideation sessions to raise team potential.
• Balance workload and ensure profitable creative work with PMs on scope and timelines.
