Trustmark Bank is seeking a CRE Draw Specialist II to review draws on complex CRE construction loans, including participations and refinancings. The role manages the disbursement process to ensure funds are released on time and per project milestones.

You will serve as the primary liaison among lenders, borrowers, contractors, inspectors, title companies, and internal teams to maintain progress, budget integrity, and risk controls.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, real estate, or construction related field.
• 3 years reviewing CRE construction draws in banking/commercial lending.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workload.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and related financial tools.

Responsabilidades

• Review complex CRE draw submissions for accuracy and alignment with budgets and loan documents.
• Collect, review, and organize supporting documents (invoices, inspections, lien waivers, schedules).
• Validate draw requests against completed work and inspection results to prevent overfunding.
• Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, contractors, inspectors, title companies, and internal teams to support timely draws.
• Monitor budgets, milestones, contingency usage, and funding risks.
• Identify and resolve missing documentation or funding conditions before disbursement.
• Prepare status updates and reporting on draw activity and remaining requirements.
