Job summary

Randstad USA in St. Paul, MN is seeking a proactive Costing & Pricing Analyst to join our team. This contract role runs through the end of the year and offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with a competitive rate of $52/hour.

You will analyze financial data, forecast market trends, support pricing objectives, and lead continuous improvement of pricing processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive profitability and accurate cost data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education/experience.
2+ years of pricing/cost/financial analysis experience.
Knowledge of pricing operations, cost accounting, and financial analysis principles.
Proficiency with spreadsheet, reporting, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data to forecast market trends and optimize investment strategies, supporting accurate pricing objectives.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and pricing processes based on data-driven insights.
Maintain accurate cost data and pricing records used in financial and operational decision-making.
Model and assess the financial impact of proposed pricing and cost changes to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and serve as an internal pricing resource.
