Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of strategic apparel/accessories costing experience.
• Expert knowledge of cost management and cost drivers.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives and lead change.
• 3+ years of management experience, including hiring and coaching.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with PLM systems, FlexPLM or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and deep product costing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead costing process in the US, reviewing with product teams at key seasonal milestones.
• Identify solutions for margin-challenged styles.
• Collaborate with Product & Design to meet seasonal targets.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sourcing, Planning, and Asia Costing.
• Mitigate inflation across logistics, materials, and production costs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports and junior team members.
• Streamline the product costing cycle through analytics and tools.
• Enhance systems and processes to improve costing performance.
