Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience managing both direct and indirect procurement categories.
• Proven success leading cost reduction projects with quantifiable results.
• Strong negotiation and contract management experience.
• Experience evaluating supplier markets and driving performance improvements.
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, freight optimization, and analytics.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and cost reduction initiatives across direct materials, indirect spend, logistics, and services.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to improve cost, quality, delivery, and service performance.
• Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, pricing, rebates, and SLAs to drive savings.
• Identify alternate sourcing opportunities, supplier rationalization initiatives, and value engineering projects.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular business reviews focused on performance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze spend data and market trends to uncover cost-saving opportunities and support sourcing decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to execute savings initiatives and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
• Drive logistics optimization projects related to inbound and outbound transportation, freight spend, customer fill rates, and on-time delivery performance.
• Monitor and report cost savings results, ensuring projects are tracked, documented, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Utilize data analytics to support sourcing decisions, identify opportunities, and measure procurement performance.
