Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing cost estimates and pricing proposals for new and continuing business opportunities, including government audits (DCMA/DCAA).
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, CAS, FAR, and applicable pricing regulations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, assembly processes, and associated cost structures.
• Proficiency in cost estimating, pricing, accounting systems, spreadsheets, databases, and business applications.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and support negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and projected cost data to develop accurate, competitive pricing strategies for new and existing opportunities.
• Prepare and evaluate cost proposals, bids, pricing models, and financial reports while assessing risks and profitability.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and applicable government regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members.
