Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance/cost accounting/manufacturing accounting experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Manufacturing cost accounting experience, including standard costing, variance analysis, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost analysis, production variance reviews, profitability analysis, and margin reporting.
• Create and execute a roadmap for cost accounting enhancements and operational efficiency improvements.
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and finance leaders to drive informed decisions.
• Support ERP optimization initiatives and ensure cost accounting best practices within the system.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team focused on continuous improvement and analytical excellence.
