Job summary

Greenbridge in Mentor, Ohio seeks an Operations Controller to lead cost accounting, standard costs, inventory control, and operational reporting to improve profitability and efficiency.

You will partner with operations to analyze costs, develop budgets and forecasts, and deliver dashboards and KPI analyses to senior management. Requires 7+ years cost accounting, CMA/CPA preferred, ERP (JD Edwards) experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience with responsibility for cost accounting.
• Bachelor's in accounting; CMA/CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proficiency with costing standards, cost systems and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and ensure accuracy of standard costs for manufactured products.
• Establish and maintain BOMs, labor routings, production rates, and cost allocation methods.
• Analyze direct materials, direct labor, variable and fixed overhead.
• Provide financial insights and dashboards to senior management.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements and drive cost control initiatives.
