Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in Project Controls with cost control, forecasting, and financial management.
• Lead cost control on large EPC projects in oil and gas or energy.
• Strong leadership and strategic guidance to management.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, EAC, and performance analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead central cost control activities for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and EACs.
• Prepare and present cost reports to senior leadership.
• Support change management and risk assessments.
• Ensure alignment between cost, schedule, and progress measurements.
• Liaise with project accounting and invoicing teams.
• Mentor project controls personnel and lead cross-functional teams.
