Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, construction management, engineering or business.
• MBA/MSc preferred but not required.
• 7+ years in cost control or project controls within engineering/construction sectors.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete evaluations.
• Experience supporting project leadership with financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier payment processing, PO receipt, accruals, and invoice validation.
• Maintain cost registers and ensure PO compliance across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly forecast variance analyses and YTD budget comparisons.
• Forecast COR costs, pricing models, and change orders; integrate into budgets.
• Coordinate with project teams and governance to update budgets and forecasts.
