Zusammenfassung

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) is seeking a senior Cost Analysis leader to drive comprehensive cost reporting, budgeting, and profitability initiatives for its EV mass-production plant in the United States. You will lead variance analyses, cost structure development, and cross-functional cost optimization with HQ alignment.

The role requires 10+ years in cost analysis within automotive/manufacturing, strong data visualization skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in cost analysis, cost accounting, or financial planning in automotive/manufacturing.
• Proven track record in leading cost variance analysis, budgeting, and profitability improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with cost modeling, data visualization, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (ERP) systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead development, analysis, and reporting of Total Delivery Cost (TDC) to provide strategic insights.
• Oversee cost variance analysis for materials, labor, and overhead with actionable recommendations.
• Establish and maintain standard/actual cost structures with accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Production, Logistics to drive cost optimization.
• Develop operational dashboards and reports for management decisions and budgeting.
