Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in cost analysis with ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and cost concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support production management with cost tracking, reporting, and forecast of variances (direct and indirect).
• Update cost reports weekly and reflect budget adjustments from approved changes.
• Ensure cost reporting aligns with policies, standards, and audit requirements.
• Ad hoc cost analyses as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to support cost management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
