Job summary

Allergy Partners is seeking a Cost Allocation & Reporting Accountant to develop and manage cost allocation methods across hubs, departments, and the MSO. You will support monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with Finance and Operations to improve cost visibility.

The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and internal control improvements, with responsibilities across inventory analysis and management reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting, financial analysis, or cost accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and cost allocation concepts.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-department, or decentralized organizations preferred.
• Proficient Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update cost allocation methodologies across hubs, departments, practices, and the MSO.
• Prepare, review, and record monthly cost allocations and related journal entries.
• Evaluate allocation drivers and methodologies for accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and other leaders to understand shared costs and allocation approaches.
• Support inventory accounting and operational cost analysis; assist budgeting and forecasting.
