Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance field.
• 5-8 years of accounting experience; cost accounting a plus.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and SEC requirements.
• Adaptable and capable of working under pressure.
• Experience collaborating with operational and non-financial personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform General Ledger reconciliation and address close questions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Fixed asset controls, depreciation, and P&L variation analysis.
• Reconcile and record accruals or balance sheet adjustments.
• Research reconciliation differences and arising issues.
• Support management reports, audits, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Liaise with field operations for proper accounting treatment.
• Prepare AFEs and monitor routings, updating forecasts.
• Prepare Product Costing.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions.
