UMB Bank’s Corporate Trust and Escrow Services division seeks a Relationship Manager I to serve as the primary contact for corporate and municipal clients, ensuring superior service. You will support assigned trustee relationships, process administrative fees, and assist with closing transactions and cash/investment activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate trust or similar.
• Experience handling billing, documents, and client interactions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support to assigned institutional/corporate trust accounts, including billing for administrative fees.
• Facilitate transaction closings and handle cash and investment transactions.
• Provide debt service calculations and ensure accurate setup of issues on systems.
• Prepare accounts for compliance review and review legal documents with the corporate legal team.
• Build relationships with clients and continuously engage with customers to resolve routine and complex requests.
• Review transaction structures and legal documents to ensure operational mechanics are appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal Corporate Trust teams to ensure client accounts are compliant and properly administered.
