Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security or related field and several years in corporate security.
• Experience managing security investigations, incident response and crisis management processes.
• Experience working with authorities, law enforcement and external security partners.
• Industrial/security-sensitive environment experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of physical security systems and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve security policies, standards and procedures across the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments and threat analyses for facilities, personnel and assets.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead crisis management, emergency response and business continuity planning.
• Manage investigations and coordinate with authorities when needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and prepare security reports and dashboards.
