Job summary

Parallel Bio is building a human-first drug discovery platform powered by organoids and AI. We are seeking a Corporate Program Manager to steward our most important programs, sitting near the executive team to translate strategy into a cohesive, measurable plan.

You’ll own roadmaps, OKRs, and planning artifacts, coordinate across Science, Platform, Technology and Operations, and consolidate our project management system.

Qualifications

• Experience steering high-priority initiatives with clear owners and timelines.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Science, Platform, Tech and Ops.
