Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of fundraising experience including annual giving, major gifts, and corporate/foundation solicitations.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends for events.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration with internal teams at all levels.
  • Vaccination status per Garden policy and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and implements plans for corporate major gifts, Corporate Partners, Corporate Council, and sponsorships.
  • Manages a portfolio of corporate funders targeting five- to six-figure gifts and $1M annual goal.
  • Leads Corporate Partners Program to achieve $200k in membership.
  • Oversees Corporate Council and sub-committees; sets strategies, agendas and activities.
  • Designs sponsorship programs for Garden events and oversees lifecycle from prospecting to activation.
  • Collaborates with Communications/Marketing on benefits and stewardship.
