Job summary

Fried Frank seeks a Corporate Paralegal to support the Firm’s NDA team and the Corporate Practice. You will work directly with associates to provide corporate legal assistant services for NDAs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of M&A NDA experience, strong communication with partners and staff, and meticulous attention to detail, enabling effective client interactions and precise documentation in a high-stakes setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of M&A NDA experience.
• College degree required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments under deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience interacting with partners, attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Review, revise and negotiate NDAs in a fast-paced environment.
• This is a client facing position with frequent direct client contact
• Maintain documentation of client NDA processes and procedures
• Proofread and edit NDA documents
