The ideal candidate will have a college degree and at least 3 years of M&A experience with NDAs, with strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple NDA projects and deadlines.

Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and internet research, plus database management skills, is expected.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 3+ years of M&A experience and NDA review/negotiation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with partners, attorneys and staff.

Responsabilités

• Review, revise and negotiate NDAs in a fast-paced environment (client-facing).
• Maintain documentation of client NDA processes and procedures.
• Proofread and edit NDA documents.
