Hamilton Insurance Group is seeking a Corporate & Marketing Communications Manager. You will shape and execute groupwide communications, partnering across underwriting platforms and leadership to deliver on brand-driven initiatives.

You will craft content for external channels and internal communications while leveraging analytics, marketing tech, and vendors to maximize impact. This role supports growth and corporate initiatives with a collaborative, global scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar communications role within insurance/risks is preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication across formats and audiences.
• Ability to translate insurance concepts into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead integrated, cross-channel campaigns from concept to measurement.
• Curiosity about marketing technology, social media, analytics and AI-driven communications.
• Branding expertise and eye for design; familiarity with design software.
• Proficiency with CMS, marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Strong strategic thinking with precise tactical execution and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic groupwide communications initiatives.
• Collaborate across the business to support and launch projects on tight deadlines.
• Create compelling, on-brand content for external and internal channels.
• Track, analyze, and report on communications KPIs and ROI.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
• Act as brand steward reflecting Hamilton’s culture, values, and visual identity.
