Job summary

Church’s Texas Chicken seeks a Manager, Corporate HR Functions to oversee day-to-day HR operations for corporate employees at the Atlanta area location. You will partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement.

You will guide annual goal setting and performance reviews, maintain HR policies, ensure HRIS data integrity, and provide metrics to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, including employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment/labor laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Collaborative team player with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes for corporate employees.
• Conduct workplace investigations, resolve employee relations issues, and guide managers through coaching and corrective action, ensuring consistent documentation.
• Guide leaders through the annual goal setting and performance review process.
• Develop and maintain quarterly HR scorecards encompassing all areas of human resources including, field HR, risk and benefits, talent, performance, ER, and compensation.
• Maintain and administer corporate HR policies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Ensure data integrity within the HRIS and produce workforce metrics and reporting to inform leadership decisions.
• Partner with centralized teams to support compensation, leave administration, and benefits communications.
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives for corporate employees, including survey administration and action planning.
• Manage corporate programs, including the Rising Star GED program and the internship program.
