Job summary

Church's Texas Chicken is seeking a Manager of Corporate HR Functions to oversee day-to-day HR operations for corporate employees in Atlanta, GA. You will partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, including employee relations and workplace investigations
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel for reporting and analysis
• Excellent communication and people skills; collaborative team player

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding for corporate employees
• Conduct workplace investigations and guide managers through corrective action
• Lead annual goal setting and performance review processes
• Develop quarterly HR scorecards across HR domains
• Maintain corporate HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and generate workforce metrics
• Coordinate compensation, leave administration, and benefits communications
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives
• Manage corporate programs such as Rising Star GED and internship initiatives
