LHH is seeking a Corporate Governance Paralegal in the United States with 4+ years supporting corporate governance and legal operations. You will maintain corporate records, minute books, resolutions, and governance files, coordinating board and committee materials, meetings, minutes, consents, and corporate actions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting corporate governance and paralegal work.
• Experience maintaining corporate records, minute books, resolutions, and governance files.
• Coordinate board and committee materials, meetings, minutes, consents, and corporate actions.
• Experience with entity formations, amendments, mergers, annual reports, and filings.
• Track tax filings and deadlines for federal, state, and local filings.
• Coordinate licenses, registrations, and renewals across jurisdictions.
• Monitor compliance calendars and deadlines across multiple entities.

Responsibilities
