Job summary

Zoetis, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Corporate Financial Analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

You will develop advanced analyses, scenario models, and management reports for executive decision-making, partnering with FP&A, accounting, and business units. You will own segments of the P&L, build dashboards, monitor KPI performance, and help drive efficiency through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of Finance/FP&A experience.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems (FactSet, Q4) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Build monthly/quarterly management reporting packages (P&L, headcount, KPIs) with clear narratives for leadership.
• Translate complex financial data into concise insights, charts and pages for executive presentations.
• Prepare draft commentary on drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities and support Q&A.
• Partner with Business Unit Finance to collect KPI inputs and analyze variances.
• Develop driver-based forecasting models and sensitivity analyses.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and capital planning analytics.
• Create dashboards and trackers for operating performance vs targets.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses for Sr. Director, CFO/CEO requests.
