ZO Skin Health, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to provide analytical, reporting, and budgeting support to the FP&A Manager.

Responsibilities include building financial models for new initiatives, assisting with monthly and annual close, and supporting regional leadership with P&L reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or Statistics.
• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A or a related role; pharmaceutical/CPG/health/cosmetics industries preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with NetSuite and Oracle EPM Cloud or PBC forecasting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and forecasting models including long-term projections and annual budgets.
• Build financial models for new initiatives and incentive programs, analyzing financial impact.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting in collaboration with accounting and business stakeholders.
• Support regional sales and marketing leadership in reviewing P&L performance and forecasting.
• Track budget vs. actuals and assist with variance analysis and reporting.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics.
