Zoetis is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic FP&A to lead long-range planning, financial storytelling, and strategic analyses across FP&A and business units. You will partner with Strategy, BD/M&A, and leadership to enhance forecasting, governance, and decision support.

The role emphasizes developing planning capabilities, driving process improvements, and delivering data-driven narratives for senior stakeholders. Strong modeling and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant FP&A or financial strategy experience.
• Strong modeling, analysis, and presentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems.
• Ability to influence across organizational levels.
• Experience in matrixed teams and change initiatives.
• Self-directed and resilient professional with multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support long-range planning with scenario modeling and risk analysis.
• Incorporate financial impacts into planning outputs.
• Provide insights to evaluate trade-offs and value creation for leadership.
• Contribute to capital allocation and investment prioritization.
• Drive FP&A process improvement, automation, and data analytics.
• Prepare analyses and materials for management meetings and governance.
