Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Corporate Finance Senior Manager in Franklin, TN to lead enterprise financial analysis and strategic decision-making. You will own integrated models, respond to investor and Board requests, and guide diligence for acquisitions and financing.

The role requires 8–12 years in FP&A leadership, strong modeling skills, and experience with ERP/BI systems. A MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

8–12 years of FP&A leadership experience.
5+ years of modeling experience (sensitivity, scenario, forecasting).
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience in a dynamic, complex, rapidly-growing business is strongly preferred.
Experience with financial systems and data warehouses (ERP/BI) including SAP, Oracle, and Anaplan.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain integrated financial models and develop scenario, sensitivity, cash flow, valuation, and transaction analyses to support strategic decisions.
Respond to investor, lender, rating agency, Board, and executive financial requests with accurate, consistent, and decision-ready analysis.
Lead corporate finance workstreams for acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, QoE activities, and other strategic initiatives.
Analyze and reconcile general ledger and financial reporting data while partnering with Accounting to ensure consistent financial definitions and reported results.
Translate complex financial information into executive-level recommendations, maintain disciplined modeling standards and controls, and coach assigned team members.
