Job summary

Embergrove Hospitality is seeking an Events Coordinator to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of corporate events across its properties in the Midwest. The role works with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver memorable events within budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within corporate or enterprise environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events including conferences, meetings, seminars, and social gatherings.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to define event objectives, themes, and logistics.
• Oversee event registration processes, attendee communications, and on-site event management to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, analyze outcomes, and recommend improvements for future events.
