Job summary

Pacific International Executive Search seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, plus 6–8 years of legal experience across in-house and/or law firm settings.

The role focuses on strategic advisory, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk, with emphasis on employee relations, food safety, and manufacturing compliance. Experience in regulated industries is highly valued.

Qualifications

• JD required with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 6–8 years of legal experience, mix of in-house and/or law firm background preferred.
• Experience supporting regulated industries such as food manufacturing, consumer goods, agriculture, or industrial operations is strongly preferred.
