Select Milk Producers seeks a Legal Counsel to provide business-focused legal support across commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and general corporate operations in Dallas, TX. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, support governance, and advise on regulatory matters affecting dairy and food production.

The role partners with the General Counsel in a fast-paced manufacturing and supply-chain environment, requiring 4–8 years of experience in law firm or in-house settings

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar license; Texas license preferred.
• 4–8 years of legal practice in a law firm or in-house setting, with emphasis on commercial negotiations and drafting.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and supporting regulatory compliance.
